Meat mixture for pepperoni sticks

  1. What mixture of ground beef would you recommend for pepperoni sticks? My first time out.

    If you're going for straight beef 80/20 works.
     
  3. Thank you. That's what I was going to use. (Cheaper) just wanted to be sure.

    Well how did they come out??? yup 80/20 works great.

  5. I have not had a chance to try yet. I live in South Texas with hurricane Harvey on the way I packed up the smoker. Although it did not even come close I didn't want to take the chance last weekend. Will try in a couple of weeks
