I'm from St. Petersburg, Florida.  Family of 4 1/2.  The half is my Boxer, Jager.  I received a Weber 18.5" Smokey Mountain for christmas and have been smoking just about every weekend since.  Mostly Pork, but have tried (with no success) to do a couple of briskets.  I have also done some steaks and lobster.  Looking to learn everything i can, because I believe smoke makes everything taste better.  Smoking a couple of small Butts today.

Welcome, see ya around the forum ! How have ya done your briskets before ?? Bet we can help ya out on those !
