I was reading about all the meat loafs people were doing so I figured I would give it a try.  I used Jeff's recipe from smoking meat.com and added my BBQ sauce at the end.  It was not a pretty one but was a yummy one

Our first one was just last month.  It was fantastic.  Congrats on the nice smoke ring and great overall product.  It won't be your last one!

Yes it sure does look good and we also know that it will taste really good too for I have made quite a few of them too. The one thing I do is a put holes in the pan that the meatloaf is in and then put it into another foil pan to caught the grease that way it not floating in grease after it all said and done with.
