We had some left over burger from yesterday so I tossed together a quick Meat loaf with the 90/10 beef. Used some BBQ sauce, egg and an Onion soup mix and some fresh red Onion also, Covered in Jeff's rub and then bacon, smoked till it hit 160.
Had left over Ribs so I cut them off the bone and into small pieces and tossed in Dutch's beans instead of bacon. I also cut back on the BS and added some of Jeffs Rub I have made with Turbinado sugar. The wife says they are the best beans so far

The ML came out pretty moist even with the 90/10 beef.. The bacon did its job, you should see all the fat in the pan under the loaf..
Smoked Meat Loaf RULES!!

Flash, if you never had one your gonna love it.
I recommend using a ground beef with a higher fat content. It come out real moist with a 70/30 ground beef, and thick sliced bacon helps also.
