I live in the DFW area (can you believe its been below freezing here already?).
I recently acquired a Brinkmann Gourmet Electric Smoker and have sooo many questions. I am not a handy- or outdoors-man type person. Not having to mess with the charcoal and temperature settings was the appeal with the electric smoker. Plug it in and wait seems like something I can handle.
Looking forward to taking advantage of the collective wisdom of this group, but I am NOT going to be cutting anything apart and rebuilding it to add a reverse osmosis upside down left-handed smoke shifter to it.
Looking forward to chatting with everyone.
Cheers,
Maypo
