Glad you enjoyed it sunnyskies! I made a double batch for Tgiving and after it was done cooking I had it on a cooling rack. I went to the microwave for something and found 2 sticks of melted butter in a container. Seems I had forgotten to get the butter out of the microwave!
I took a brush and bushed the butter over the top pretty heavily. Even though, it probably only used a 1/4 of what I would have normally put in. It was still really good though!
