Maverick ET-732 and ET-733 alternate transmitter hanger or stand

Folks I enjoy my ET-732 for its convenience and reliability. Except for the swivel wire hanger! I feel it is absolutely the cheapest excuse for a mount I have ever seen. It works but my transmitter will sometimes fall out of the clips. The swivel stops are gone and the wire hops out of its holes. Has anyone seen something a bit sturdier? Or is it time to drink a beer, smoke a fattie and come up with my own solution?

YES! Let us know what you come up with. I totally concur, the stands on both the units suck.

so i just used my et733 for the first time today and noticed the lack of a belt clip on the reciever

so this was my solution - if you can get to an audio place (professional audio for films and tv) buy a comtek clip, it fits perfectly and gives you a sturdy clip (the kickstand still works too)
