Maverick Et-73 VS ET-732

Maverick Et-73 is around 33 bucks and the ET-732 is around 60 dollars

I dont need the latest and greatest

So if I spend the extra 27 bucks for thew ET-732 what real benefit do I get

or can I get away with the older model ET-73

I've got the ET73, had it for couple months. The food probe reads hhh after only a few uses.
Not sure if the probe is bad or the unit itself. I called CS three times, and not one response.

Having second thoughts ordering a 732.
