Hi I'm new here just started smoking my own sausage was getting sick of paying so much to have my venison processed that I went out and bought a masterbuilt 40 in smoker,grinder,and sausage stuffer. Made my first batch of summer turned out great looking for a good land jaguar recipe I love this site great info here thanks everyone

You have come to the right place to learn.  I did the same thing last year, and am not disappointed.  As I type this, my last batch of snack sticks is in the smoker, with over 200 total processed pounds done. 

The fact that you jumped in with both feet--grinder, stuffer and smoker all in one shot, wow, good for you.  It can seem a little overwhelming at first, but, much to my wife's

dismay, very rewarding in the end.
