My local Homer d has this for $179. I have a $20 gift card to use, so its not a bad deal.
Anyone have one? Likes and dislikes appreciated.

I recently purchased a ECB, and had great luck and enjoyed the chicken and fatty I smoked up.
Now that I'm hooked, its time to upgrade.

So whats the good bad and ugly with this smoker?

I have this smoker and it does well for the price. I have made some mods (sealed the doors, changed regulator, use a cast iron skillet for wood chunks) to make it a little better than out of the box. Do a search on here for ideas. They can be a bit tempermental on cooking temps. they seem to run high. Not good for colder smokes, but I smoke everything 230* F - 240* F anyways.

I already have a 8" cast iron pan ready. Picking smoker up tomorrow. Seasoning it friday, and smoking 4 whole chickens saturday.
