Masterbuilt Model 20077615

Is anyone know anything about masterbuilts model # 20077615? sterbuilt is replacing my MES 30 gen 1 with this model. They stated it is a brand new unit they just released Dec 2014. Any information on this model will be appreciated. They stated it was not one of the new blue tooth units. I can not find any information on this model anywhere other that the manual they sent me on this unit model #.

Did they say it is a gen#1 like you had.?

It is not on there site and no I believe it is a gen 3 but am not sure. I have searched and can no find anything but have the manual for the smoker and it is the right model. I have talked to them several times to make sure the model was 20077615 and it is this model for sure.

How do you have the manual for a smoker that isn't on the site and can't be found? Did you get a PDF from somewhere (where?) or is it a hard copy? Care to tell us what the features are of it? How about maybe a photo of the smoker image if it's on the manual?

Masterbuilt sent me the manual in pdf form in a email. The pic with it is just a drawing in black and white. They told me it was for sale since Dec 2014 but I can not find it anywhere. I checked again today with the CS rep that is taking care of me and that is Def the right model number.

    I tried to get a picture on here and some specs but the pdf format would not let me post them.

    This is scary that no one knows about this model. I am starting to wonder if I made the right decision to let them replace my smoker with this model. Its weird that this has been available for sale sine Dec 2014 and no information is out there for this model. I can not even find a price on it. The unit is a 30 in with window and looks like the gen 2 with digital controls on front it has a new drip tray that goes under the front base instead on the outside back and has the vent on the top left.

Unless I am seeing it wrong that is not the same smoker in those pics. One has a top vent the other a side vent. So I can't say for sure what it is.

I agree they are different pictures. The one with the vent on top is the right unit.

Received my MES today. No problems so far. seasoned it and cooked some chicken breast. Turned out ok. had to cook them fast because of work. it was on a total of 6 hours straight at 275.
