masterbuilt 30in electric smoker

    I've always used a Weber kettle grill to smoke meat, pork and vegetables. I've used my new masterbuilt digital electric smoker twice. An 8 lb pork shoulder and a venison tenderloin wrapped in bacon. So far it turned out amazing! Just looking for some more ideas for the long summer season ahead. Thanks!
