Ok guys, really need some help. Actually for my Pops in Florida. He called tonight and said his horseshoe club is having a cookout. The guy in charge of purchasing the food, is buying bone in pork chops. This cookout is for 100 people. He knows that trying to cook that many porkchops is a risk of them being tough from overcooking. Anybody have any suggestions for marinades or whatever to help him out. Your info is greatly appreciated. Thanks Aaron
