I wanted to throw this out to all you smokers who do parades throughout the USA.

Any suggestions on what to put on my smoker for parade food????

Something like chicken wings, bacon wrapped ??? Brisket sandwiches??

All you parade loves jump in!!!!!!!

HAPPY MARDI GRAS

Sorry I just saw this.

Since we are usually on our 1st pitcher of bloody marys by 8 am we always get mardi gras catered.

Usually wings sliders tater salad and beans.

Here in baton rouge last saturday we had a 1 pm parade and a 7 pm parade, i usually cook that weekend .between parades , jambalaya or pastalaya and white beans,

serve my krewe then anyone else who walks by and is hungry.

If I have power available, pulled pork kept warm in a crock pot, with buns and cole slaw.  With no power available, I've done ribs and wings with great results.
