Ham didn't give a warm up temp was thinking *165 like the turkey. They just say 20 min a pound.
Warm to 140 & let rest, it will come up to 145 after a 30 minute rest.
165 will dry it out.
Yep...Ham is Cured and salted so does not need to be re-heated to 160+ like Poultry. An IT of 140 will be great...JJ
