MAK Grill Chuck Steak

    So another good day to fire the MAK up. Lets do a chuck steak with hickory pellets.

    Going in for a 3 hour marinade swim.

    After the marinade how bouts some steak dust.

    2 hours of hickory smoke on the smoke setting.

    While the chuck is on the smoke setting how bouts some smoked farmers cheese?

    After 2 hours of hickory smoke.

    Hey how bout 1 with some gun powder on it....OH YEAH

    Now vac sealed and into the cheese fridge for a month or so.
