I purchased a 30" Masterbuilt Electric Smokehouse back in December and have been cranking out deliciousness ever since. Some things I've smoked: Blue Cheese-Stuffed, Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloins Pork Ribs Pork Picnic Roast Whole Packer Beef Brisket Bratwurst Polish Sausage Beef Chuck Roast Meatballs I plan on smoking some whole chickens this weekend. I'm going to try Big Bob Gibson's White Barbeque Sauce on them. CAN'T WAIT!!!
