Made a jerky hanger for my smoker

Since the Thai jerky will need to be smoked tomorrow, I made a jerky hanger this evening. The skewers are removable so I can load them up and then place them on the frame.

The frame and legs are made from 1" x 1" angle iron and is 19.5" x 12" and 7" tall


I'll post pics of it in action tomorrow. Gonna oil it up and let it cook all night tonight.
 
Nice work.   I could see these stacked on top of each other.

Thanks for the compliments guys, now I have to see if it works like I hope it will.

Richie, my tools sometimes make smoking items more expensive than they would be if I bought off the shelf, but they will out live me! You could use this jerky hanger as a step stool for a fat man and it wouldn't flex! I know that because I stood on it and I'm 325 pounds! LOL
