Hello everyone
Sirwah from central CT. been grillin for about 15 years and just getting into smoking. Married for a year and half and bought a house a year ago.
i was given a 8-10 year old Brinkmann S n P Pro offset by my friends father. it was in real rough shape. had it all apart about a month ago and I'm just about ready to start cooking on it. I've been to this site many times and have read over the different Mods many times. Thank everyone!
I did the first burn last weekend and it seemed to hold temp well with the Mods I have made.
I also have a home made pig cooker. Welded to a old snowmobile trail. have only done one whole pig that came out very tasty. I use it more for parties and cooking a variety of meat at one time which seems to work better with big groups.
Hope to fire up the SnP this weekend and cook ribs and ABT's
