Hi All, I'm Eddy from Reno, NV. Glad to be here! My skill level is pretty much 2 zone smoking using small wood chip smoker boxes. Have made some pretty decent Q this way on my gas grill and my Weber Smokey Joe. Sometimes smoke for a couple hours and finish in the oven because it's just easier to hold temp. Now I am working on my first build, a direct heat grill which easily converts to a vertical stick smoker. This forum has provided me with lots of great ideas. Thanks!
