 Hi guys,

New guy here. Been reading for the last few weeks learned some good stuff. I am currently stationed in Ft Benning but grew up across the river right outside of Auburn. Right now I am just using a Char-Griller smoking pro. I had a nice homebuilt 120Gallon RF that I bought off CL that smoked amazing until about about a month or two ago when somebody decided they deserved it more than I did. I have been shopping around for another nice pit but the wife keeps talking me into to waiting. I am hoping its because I may be getting a Lang for my birthday. Here are a few pics I found on my phone when I was cleaning it out earlier.

4th of July

Borrowed my stepdad's Duo-Grille with SFB not in the picture. Notice how far I am from the river.

St Louis Rack and BB

Left that night cause my wife wasn't feeling good. Came the next morning to this. Notice the grill to the left of the tree. River rose quite a bit that night as you can see.

Fixed the images. This is the first forum I use that inserts photos like that. LOL. I am planning on firing up the smoker this weekend so there will be some more to come shortly.

Welcome to the forums!  Sorry to hear someone helped themselves to your pit...that sucks!  Nothing worse than a thief IMO.  Just holler anytime you need anything, and someone here will have the answer.

And thank you for your service!

If you didn't read the "Terms of Service" notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums and some guidelines of how to interact within the forums. Off site links are not allowed here at SMF per Jeff. Not that you have done anything wrong....just a little bit of FYI for new members!

If you need any help roaming around the forums....just holler!  Happy to help out!
