If you want a more authentic taste, next time try either provolone or cheese whiz. The two most famous places for cheesesteaks don't agree on which cheese is best.
If we start offerin up fer sale, we will use some sort of a liquid cheese, Used what we had at home, musta smelled good, brought the chow hounds down from upstairs!
Now that's my kind of sandwich. I'm partial to the cheeze wiz crowd for a philly cheesesteak, though all cheese is good. With only two exceptions have never met a cheese I didn't like.
