    Smoked up some nice chuckie yesterday fer Philly Steak an Cheese Sammies!



    Add some fries an was sure a tastey lunch!

    They look really good, Tip. I like them with cheddar too.

    If you want a more authentic taste, next time try either provolone or cheese whiz. The two most famous places for cheesesteaks don't agree on which cheese is best. [​IMG]

    If we start offerin up fer sale, we will use some sort of a liquid cheese, Used what we had at home, musta smelled good, brought the chow hounds down from upstairs!

    Now that's my kind of sandwich. I'm partial to the cheeze wiz crowd for a philly cheesesteak, though all cheese is good. With only two exceptions have never met a cheese I didn't like.

    Those would be Limburger and it's ba****d cousin from Spain, Garrotxa. [​IMG] Blech!

    Thanks for the pic, now I'm hungry again....

    LOL Dawn, most people kinda give a [​IMG] face when they hear of the cheese whiz on the original philly steaks. I've had both and think I like the provolone a tad better but that cheese whiz is plenty good too!! Heck, gimme both sammies!

    Great looking sammies, Tip. Looks like those will be a success with the family.
