Marcos here, Im very new to the to the glorious world of smoking. Last christmas my wife got a smoker for meas a gift and i was instantly hooked. I have always like to throw some nice stakes on the grill every weekend if i got the chance but the world of smoking is a whole nother life. The different techniques, equipment, time and dedication are all the things that have drawn me to this. as i said before i am very novice. I have only done 6 cooks myself. Mainly brisket and ribs(both spare and baby back) as well as a few times with chicken. I came to this forum to discover new techniques and get tips on how to improve all the different types of smoking. So all replies to my threads and questions are welcome. Im using a propane smoker with and offset fire box. Nothing to fancy but its my first and has definitely been some good equipment to start on.
