Hi all, Well my Name is Zach i live in east tx. I'm 24 years old and grilling and smoking is a passion of mine I love to try new things and better myself in this sport, yes i think this is a sport on top of a very nice hobby. I use a brinkman smoker for now and a newbraunsful grill/smoker. Im glad i found this place!
