I LOVE to smoke meat, ribs and brisket are my favs. I've been doing it for a couple years on a store bought offset smoker that I kinda converted into a reverse flow. Worked well up to now but need something more substantial so I'm starting on a 120 gallon vertical propane tank to build a horizontal reverse offset.
