Love smoked anything

Howdy,

I love smoked meat sausages, cheese, hard boiled eggs mast anything, so I thought I would get my own smoker.

I have grilled for many years and I'm above average at it, now it's time to learn about this science, "art form" of smoking

I'm living in the great state of Utah in the flaky city of Moab, hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

I just recieved a Dyna Glo propane smoker and plan on using the heck out of it, but I'll be needing some help so thanks in advance.

Hello and Welcome to our addiction.  A word of warning: There is no 12 step program for this one!  Many good folk here with a load of experience that they are more than willing to share.  If you have specific questions just start a thread and someone with experience will be along soon to offer advice.  All info you can provide us with such as smoker type, location and so on will help us answer any questions you may have.  Spend some time doing some research on the forums, tons of advice and recipes already available there.  We look forward to your contributions.  Have fun.  Good luck.  Keep Smokin!

Hey man... I Just visited the HOLE IN THE ROCK. That is one cool house.

I live in Aztec NM, about three hours from there. Welcome to the site, it is awesome and there is a lot of nice and knowledgeable people. I have learned a lot of stuff on here in 3 yrs.
