Hey there my fellow smokers of meats, I'm looking to purchase another smoker. This is what i have now New Braunfel offset firebox smoker, A Big Chief eletric smoker, and a LEM insulated electric smoker. Each of them are used for Different meats and smoking requirements. I'm leanig toward a Weber 26" kettle since i can smoke and grill with it. I smoke primarly, Jerky,Snack Sticks,Sausages of all kinds,Bacon,Pork anything,Brisket as well as other cuts of beef, and some fish. And just about anything else i find via Jeff's News Letter and this forum. So with that being said, Is there any of you out there that might have a suggestion for me .
