Hi, My name is Mark Freedman and I'm in Chicago Illinois. My wife and I are opening a new restaurant in Niles Illinois. The Wildwood Tavern will hope to feature some great BBQ as well as other bar and restaurant foods. We have been in the restaurant for over 35 years. My father and uncle had a restaurant since 1971, we lost it in a fire May 8th 2013. We are remodeling a space now and I'm looking for equipment. The Little Red Smoke House would be a perfect fit in our kitchen. Actually 2 would fit in the kitchen line perfectly. I have been reading, playing and getting tips from local pit masters and want to make Smoke BBQ a intricate part of our menu. Looking forward to connect with you all.
