Looking for some help with a smoked pork loin on a bun recipe

I am sure someone out there does some thing like this. I am looking to find the recipe and process that is used on the site below to make somked pork loin to slice and put on buns. Second picture on the right side of the page

I think they use a boneless pork loin center cut, that is brined and smoked then sliced.

I've tried several methods, rub, bacon wrapped, bread crumbs etc.

As long as you pull it at an IT of 140º - 145º and let rest 30 mins. it will be tender and juicy.
