I am new here and new to smoking.  I have received some great advice since I started posting questions just 3 days ago.  Thanks to all.

I want to start up my smoker but other than Home depot I don't know of anywhere to purchase wood chunks in my area.  Home depot nomarlly doesn't have a large selection so I am hoping to find a good BBQ supply house near my home.

Does anyone know of any good BBQ suppliers in Northern New Jersey?

Thanks in advance,

Rob

Do a google search such as "northern NJ BBQ wood suppliers" or "fireplace wood lots". You might have to fool around with the subject line to get the info you need.

Hi Dan,

Home depot is my only real source.  I did find this place

https://modernpropane.com/

But the best I get there is similar to home  depot.  I can get 10 pound bags.

I see we're neighbors.  Have you found any better places?

Hi I usually buy wood  on the net from Frutia woods. So far they have been good.

There is a KCBS bbq competiton this weekend Cresskill called Red White & Que.
