I'm from Southern MN and am new to the smoking meat game.  Totally excited to get going.  I have the Cookmaster by masterbuilt propane smoker.  Plan on doing a 5 pound pork shoulder and a couple chickens for the first time out.  Any help on cook  time and when to add more wood and such to the smoker would be a huge help.
