WOW 500 s.f. is almost as big as my office. That's one hell of a grill.

I would check craigslist 1st because you may find a great deal, like 4 Weber kettles for $40 or a custom grill for &100. If not you can grab a char-griller for under $200. The pro has over 500 sq in. and the outlaw has 1000 sq in. They are not the best in the world but should work fine for grilling. I think home depot, lowes, etc. sell them or you can order online.

I don't know that you will find a grill that size that is built well for $200. I have a couple of Weber kettles that I use, the grates are interchangeable with your WSM and they will last a lifetime. The only thing is they are not 500 sq. in. in size. The 22.5 Weber kettle is about 400 sq. in.

Also the nice part of having a 22.5" WSM and a 22.5" Weber Kettle is they use the same rack, so you can go from smoker to hot coals or vice versa just by moving the entire rack. Comes in handy when wanting to crisp up chicken skin at the end of a smoke.
