Happened across this site today and WOW!! What a lot of information.
I have yet to "smoke" but after several conversations and this site I think I'm ready to give it a try.
I'm looking to do either chicken breast or a pork shoulder, something that won't send my $$$$ up in smoke and something I can accomplish early enough that the local pizza joint is is still open as a back up plan. :yahoo:
I'll be using a duo Char Griller with a SFB.
