Holy Smokes Batman!....that ham looks awesome! We were going to have duck for Christmas, but someone forgot to put the duck in the freezer. So...I'm cooking the duck tonight(it wont keep until Friday)....but now I'm thinking of running out and picking up a ham to do this with!

There have been quite a few people posting great ham pics lately!

You should go ahead and do one. As long as the ham is already cured they are really hard to screw up, and they come out great! I'll be doing two for Christmas dinner. Can't wait to try the glaze!
