Cool man, nice meeting you. You'll find out this place is total awesome sauce! Search engine allows you to research near about anything and sometimes even to specific of a smoke to a meat. Its great. People are nice, the Guru's have forgotten everything that's not important, so if they don't know, it doesn't matter. <chuckles>

What type of smoker did you get? And where do you hail from, if you'll add the later to your profile it will allow easier more specific help to any of your questions.

There will soon be a bunch of master guru's here to welcome and help you get started. Remember its the day after Father's Day and they was mighty busy yesterday.

I'll make a suggestion, don't laugh either. Get a recipe cardex or a notebook or a flash drive or something and keep notes. Write down what you do, times, temps, brine's, sauces, rubs, even when you mess up. That way to can remember things you like and dislike and leave yourself suggestion to change and try. Seriously before the memory evaporates.

Glad your here. And welcome to my addiction.
