Long Time Readwer, First Time Poster

Hello All... Been reading the wealth of information here for a very long time. Finally took the plunge and created an account. I reside in CT, close to the Mass border. I have a ton of free time in the summers (I teach), so I split it fairly evenly between motorcycling, smoking meat, and brewing beer. I have a horizontal smoker, the brand of which eludes me right now. I can't think of too many things more enjoyable than a lazy afternoon tending to the smoker and drinking a few beers with my two favorite assistants - the Basset Hound and the Great Dane. Off to smoke a tri-tip. Cheers.
