Been following this site for a couple years. I have a local made offset smoker, a wal-mart special offset smoker, barrel smoker and trusty weber grill, and propane grill that I all use at different times. Been grilling since college, about 15 years, and smoking the last 5 or 6. Outdoor cooking is probably my only hobby the whole family enjoys. This is the best smoking site Ive found and Ive got tons of ideas and tips from here over the past few years. I finally feel experienced enough that I might could add a tip or advice from time to time. I grill or smoke something every weekend from about April through October and do a little during the colder months. Grilled brats this evening, and I have three racks of St. Louis style ribs, a pork tenderloin, 10 lbs of leg quarters, and some jalapenos to stuff for the weekend ahead.
