Long time lurker, son of a smoker

Hey, guys/gals, my name is Nathan and I live in Provo, Utah.

I grew up in Northern California, where my dad ran a successful deli with smoked foods on the weekend.

I currently have a Traeger (needs a new hot rod), two electric Masterbuilts (which I'm getting rid of) and a Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite (propane).

I'm in the process of picking up a 370 gallon tank, though, and that's why I'm joining this group. I'm gonna need some advice. :)

I'm with Rings. Lots of pictures! Welcome. I'm new too but have a little previous experience. That sounds like a fun project.
