Hi, my name is Scott and I'm addicted to smoke.
Been doing it for a long time, but have only been lurking in the shadows here for only about a month. TONS of great info here. Thanks to all.
I live in South Central Washtenaw County, MI. and have gotten myself into many hobbies but the things that have stood the test of time is hard cider/wine making and cooking, with a self proclaimed specialty in smoking and grilling meat. I'm married with one child (so far).

I'm preparing to fab up a reverse flow Lang clone. I'm going to start another thread with some specific questions about it in the "General" post area. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you very much everybody. It's true what I've read in and about this fourm; everybody here is very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. <sniff, sniff> I love you guys. To all the other Michiganders out there, home is in the Milan/Saline area. If you're ever in the area and smell some good Q it's probably mine. Stop by for a frosty one and some good converstion smoke side.
