Hi All,

So my names Clint - originally from Australia but now living in Germany with my wife & kids.

I really love to cook in general - its really one of my passions and I love nothing more than spending some time really creating something and enjoying it in the end with the family.

So as a typical Aussie I've been grilling for most of my life and would think its fair to say I can hold my own - at the moment I've got a 4 burner Napoleon built-in that keeps me busy. I started playing around earlier this year with a really cheap bullet smoker that I've been running off of a side burner - been really enjoying it, but decided to take it a little more seriously I needed something that could hold the temps a little better, so have just ordered a MES from the states.

So that's about it, been reading these forums for a while and I'm certain Ill have a number of stupid questions needing answers in the coming months - so really excited about developing my skills and taking the next step.

Cheers,

Clint
