Long time eater, newbie smoker...

I've always loved eating pretty much anything smoked and have finally purchased one of the bradley electric smokers and am just starting to experiment.

I live in the Chicagoland suburbs and teach auto repair for a living.

I've already used a few of the great recipes on the site and will definitely use some more...
