Hello everyone my name is Jose ( Hochay ) and im from Long Island New York. I'm a Looooooooong time reader and finally decided to PLUNGE into this AWESOME forum. I own a Char-Griller Pro with side fire box. I only have 4 months smoking experiance but have been grilling 3 times a week atleast for well over 5 years. I look forward to interacting with everyone on this outstanding forum.
