My wife picked up a london broil and put it in her signature marinade, not really sure what she puts in it but it's GOOD eatin.
Fired up my big green egg to just over 300, trying to keep it between 300 and 350 so it cooks slow.
I put in my raised grate so it wasn't so close to the heat.
Cooked for 1 and 1/2 hours until the IT reached 140 so it was almost medium but just under.
I like my beef medium so I cook london broil just under because when we reheat it, it's still tender and juicy.
Let it rest for 15 minutes tented with foil while I got the corn and potatoes off the grill.
