Well, it seems more frequent that my family wants me to BBQ so since we had some family come in to town I was recruited!  Which for me is awesome so I decided on covering the board with all kinds of different stuff.  Pulled pork and the loin have always came out awesome so I wasn't too worried about those.  The brisket I've made always came out tough (I suspected the meat as it was given to me by a family member from a cow they had butchered) but I figured I'd try following a few things I've read on here.  Never had tried a fatty but figured I'd give it a shot and save my Granny having to cook breakfast for a few of us (you can't stop her unless you do it first).
