Picked a 3 rack cryo form Sam's last night . The first post I read this morning was Tasunka Witko's Lacquered Pork Rib from Spain post. http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/140461/lacquered-pork-ribs-from-spain#post_976674

The ribs were so fantastic looking. I had a lot going on around here today and did not have time to try that recipe today, next rack I will. Just put on Bilbo's rub and 3:2:1 in the smoker. I added apple juice only to the foil. I like them falling off the bone and my wife and I thought turned out very good.

I normally use red oak or apple for smoking. Recently I have been using black cherry and like it more and more so it was black cherry on theses ribs. Thanks for looking!
