I needed to smoke a sirloin tip roast I had defrosted so figured I may as well make it a decent smoke. I did a butt, a chucky, a couple chubs of sausage, ribs, and some ABT's. I also got some pork bellies into cure today

WOWis about all I can say. Now thats a smoke to be very proud of there jerry. How big is that was that beef roast ?

For sure with a rack of ribs and then a chukey and then some pull pork WOW Great job jerry.

Everything looks Shweeeeeet Jerry. Good thing I just walked in the door from the grocery with 3 pounds of jalapenos. I'd be makin another trip. No way to look at those and not have to make some.

Great looking smoke Jerry. What temp did you take the sirloin tip to and how long did it take to get there? Last one I did was 10 pounds and took 18 hrs to get to 200. I was pulling it tho and believe me it was well worth the wait. Probably the best pulled beef I've done. Amazing for such a lean piece of meat. Show us some pics of that baby sliced up if u can. :)
