    Hey all

ive been a member here a few weeks, posted in some areas, but didnt roll call.

im a weekend cooker who does catering on the side sometimes. i love smoked foods, and good beer to go with it. nothing like sitting round for hours anxiously waiting for all your work to pay off....good friends and good food.

i have a large cold smoker i have built, a smokey mtn series cabinet smoker....and a tow behind wood burner for big events. also just purchased the AMNS.....and im hooked on it. great product.

look forward to meeting some new friends.

Lexoutlaw-I've seen some of your post elsewhere in the forum and since this is 'Roll Call' let me offically welcome you to the SMF Family!

Sounds like you've got a nice set of toys to smoke with; only thing I'm lacking reight now is a cold smoker.

    Enjoy the smoke!
