Let the pre-season begin

  1. Have it drying out and ready to smoke it. Then pork chops tonight.

  3. That's what I am doing currently. I followed the directions from here. After that I will hit the pork chops up

  4. They came out tender and juice but I smoked them to much. That's how I like jerkey and chipped beef so I did learn from it. Next time less smoke on a meal. Was using Applewood chips. Definitely different then the grill
