BEEN SMOKING MEAT FOR 20 OR SO YEARS,A FRIEND TOLD ME TO CHECK OUT THIS SITE , SO HERE I AM , SO FAR SO GOOD , I USE A CUSTOM 55 GA. DRUM SMOKER I BUILT AT WORK A FEW YRS BACK HAS CUSTOM SS VENTS AND ALL DIGITAL TEMP. GAUGES.I JUST THRU ON 2-8 LB. PORK LOINS AND 2 -5 LB.PORK ROASTS.WILL POST SOME PICS OF MY HANDY WORK SOON AS I FIND THE UPLOAD TAB.......LOVE THE SITE SO FAR GREAT THREADS AND GREAT PEOPLE SO FAR
