Cooked up some chuck and a butt a few weeks back. Vac & froze the majority of it in 2-person portions. First we did the Pulled Pork Pizza, so the other night we did Chuckie and Pulled Pork Tacos. Chuckie on the left. PP on the right Lightly fried up a few white corn tortillas with a dollup of Daisy sour cream, and the Mrs. made some spanish rice A little cheese on top and some El Pato and they were done I love having meat in the freezer for stuff like this. We had never had pulled pork tacos, and they were my wife's favorite...the sweet taste of the pork/rub mixed with the El Pato was surprisingly good.
